How do I return an item?
Product Guarantee and Return Policy:
1) Any products can be returned within 30 days with a full money back guarantee if in new condition and in its original box. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) . Call customer service at (888) 288-4530 to obtain an RMA number and our return shipping address.
2) If a product arrives broken, call Customer Service within 15 days after you have received it and obtain an RMA number and we will return the product to the manufacturer and obtain a replacement item for you at no additional costs.
3) Many of our manufacturers of electronic equipment have additional warranties on their various product lines and information on any extended warranties are included in the packaging. Some products have limited lifetime warranties where others have 5 years or lifetime warranties. Electronic equipment has any extended warranty information with the product.
